Body High is the sophomore mixtape following his debut record Alternative Trap. On the mixtape, LUCKI delves more deeper into personifying drugs and drug usage throughout the the mixtape, treading into his addiction with Xanax and other substances. The first mention of this album comes along the release of the single “Reflections,” where the tag and description used “BODYHIGH.” On June 13, 2014, the second single “Xan Cage”, was released along with a music video. On July 6, 2014, the third and final single “Finesse” was conceived, along with this release, the mixtape was announced to be due July 18th. Three days after missing the release day, LUCKI shared the official artwork for the cover of the album through Twitter. Along with this announcement, the new release date was revealed. On August 6, 2014, LUCKI shared a trailer for the mixtape in a now-privated Youtube video. Finally, on August 7, 2024, the mixtape fully released on streaming platforms.
