Clockwork Indigo - Clockwork Indigo
Clockwork Indigo

Clockwork Indigo is a 2014 collaborative EP between Flatbush, New York’s two psychedelic rap groups: Flatbush Zombies and The Underachievers. Entirely produced by the Zombies' own Erick the Architect, Clockwork Indigo pays homage to both Stanley Kubrick’s 1971 dystopian crime film A Clockwork Orange, as well as the concept of indigo children, a generation of spiritually gifted individuals who look to shift consciousness on Earth. Seeking to create a joint project to perform on tour together, the Zombies and Underachievers conceptualized the EP while watching A Clockwork Orange during an LSD trip. The Zombies continued the Stanley Kubrick theme with their debut studio album, 3001: A Laced Odyssey (2016).
