A majority of No Recognition was recorded when I had a high fever and sore throat. Fresh from courses at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, I decided to finally put my knowledge to use. This was my experimental mixtape to learn the technique of mixing my own tracks from scratch. My Wrekless crew members would come by each day to see how far along the tape I was, and every day; I’d have at least four new songs, which was astonishing to them. I finished this tape in about one week and a half to two weeks, tops. This was loads of fun.
