CitizensFOB Mixtape: Welcome to the New Administration was a promotional mixtape, released on Aug. 18, 2008, for the Welcome to the New Administration campaign to promote Fall Out Boy’s fourth studio album Folie à Deux. The mixtape was put together with the help of American DJ Clinton Sparks, and featured multiple snippets of songs from various Decaydance-signed artists, including Cobra Starship, The Academy Is…, Gym Class Heroes, The Cab, Panic! At The Disco, and The Hush Sound.
