Kid Ink blasts off once again with Rocketshipshawty 2. Released today after several teasers, RSS2 is a 16-track effort featuring Casey Veggies, Nef the Pharaoh, King Los, Jeremih and Verse Simmonds, among others. “Rocketshipshawty 2” is the sequel to Kid Ink’s 2012 mixtape “Rocketshipshawty”. Kid Ink released the artwork for RSS2 on the 22nd of August in a tweet: On Tuesday (Sept. 13) Ink announced the project would drop on Sept. 20: Kid Ink said on Twitter the following about the mixtape: RSS2 might be a return to the basics, but it could also be a warm-up for Ink’s next album. In February, he told Rap-Up that he’s planning to show another side of himself on his next LP. With this next album I’ma try to move on to a different Kid Ink aspect, a different vibe, and see how I can gain some new fans and still please my old fans with being me.
