Three Stripes - Bell Biv DeVoe
Three Stripes

Bell Biv DeVoe return after a nearly 16-year break since the release of their self-titled third album in 2001. The album’s lead single “Run” notably sampled Herb Alpert’s “Rise,” which is famously known as the sample used for The Notorious B.I.G.’s single “Hypnotize.” BBD also connect with their fellow R&B groups SWV (“Finally”) and Boyz II Men (“One More Try”). The album peaked at #18 on the Billboard 200 and cracked the Top 10 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
