This was the only solo album The D.O.C. was able to record before a near-fatal car accident in November of 1989 resulted in crushing his larynx. A true, undeniable masterpiece and landmark in west coast rap history, No One Can Do It Better was listed in The Source’s 100 Best Rap Albums in 1998. This was the first of The D.O.C.’s three major albums.
