All Money is Legal, a backronym for Amil’s name, is her debut (and final) studio album, released August 29, 2000. Along with the album being through Roc-A-Fella Records, JAY-Z recognized Amil’s skill as an artist and MC and encouraged her to broaden herself as a solo artist.
