Beach House 3 is the second studio album by American artist Ty Dolla Sign. In late 2016 it was announced that Ty$ was working on a new project reffered to as BH3. The album was released on October 27, 2017, by Atlantic Records and features guest appearances from Pharrell Williams, Lil Wayne, Tory Lanez, The-Dream, YG, Future, Swae Lee, Wiz Khalifa, Damian Marley and Lauren Jauregui, among others. Production is handled by Mike Will Made It, DJ Mustard, Skrillex, Mike Dean, MariiBeatz, Dun Deal and James Royo and many more. It was proceeded by two official singles; “Love U Better” and “So Am I”. The Beach House series started as a mixtapes, however the third installment – Beach House 3 serves as a studio album.
