Who Am I 3 is the fifth mixtape by Memphis rapper BlocBoy JB. Serving as the sequel to his December 2016 tape Who Am I 2, the project rounds out the Who Am I mixtape trilogy that began with Who Am I in June 2016. The project was released onto mixtape streaming sites on June 30, 2017. Featuring 14 tracks and no guest appearances, Who Am I 3 includes two previously released tracks: “First Day Bacc on Da Bloc” and “Zabamafoo.” Who Am I 3 served as an important stepping stone in BlocBoy’s ascension into the mainstream hip-hop scene: the track “Shoot” gained attention and spawned a wildly popular dance move of the same name. The popularity of “Shoot” led to the tape being put onto streaming services on October 28, 2017, nearly four months after its initial release.
