The Purple M&M is the sixth mixtape by Memphis rapper BlocBoy JB. Released on September 11, 2017, as the follow-up to his June 2017 tape Who Am I 3, the project is Bloc’s first to be put on streaming services on the day of its release. The mixtape is again hosted by frequent collaborator and producer Tay Keith. Boasting 13 tracks and no features, The Purple M&M includes “Shoot” as a bonus track, due to its rising popularity at the time. A sequel to the mixtape, aptly titled The Purple M&M 2, was released on February 21, 2025, more than seven years after its predecessor.
