Who Am I is the debut mixtape by Memphis rapper BlocBoy JB. The project was released on June 10, 2016, on the now-defunct music hosting website Spinrilla. Production was primarily handled by Tay Keith, a close friend of Bloc’s who would later rise alongside him in the hip-hop scene several years later. Boasting 19 tracks and no features, Who Am I includes a slew of tracks that were previously released on SoundCloud, as well as “No Chorus Pt. 6,” which became Bloc’s breakout single in the Memphis music scene. Who Am I was later followed by two sequels: Who Am I 2 in December 2016, and Who Am I 3 in June 2017, forming a mixtape trilogy.
