GCSMBD: Vol, 2 - Onemanband
GCSMBD: Vol, 2

The sequel mixtape to GCSMBD (2013). This album has slightly more of a techno feel to it than the previous one. The descending journey of “the protagonist” continues. The story opens with the song “Broken Heart” where the protagonist is feeling sad after his girlfriend breaks up with him due to the ridiculously large amount of narcissism that grows inside of him. The entire album is basically about the protagonist’s total transformation from good to evil as he battles the anger within himself. In the song “Chronicles” he receives replies to the letters that he sent to his former lover explaining why he feels lost without her. He is rejected again, forcing more anger to grow inside of him. The album contains 3 interludes called “Rounds”. Each round features the protagonist trying to battle the evil that is inside of him. The first battle begins in the following song “Round 1: Broadcast Interruption. In the song "Say” he tries yet again to win back the love of his girlfriend and discovers her with another guy. In the song “I’m the Man” he grows with more anger, but later brushes it off after realizing that he is better off without her. “Quarantine” is about him having a nightmare which later brings him to the conclusion that the world would be a better place if the people he hated didn’t exist. In “Round 2: Apex” the protagonist yet again battles more temptations, one of them being an idea to kill his girlfriend and her new lover. After contemplating his thoughts in “Container Park” he sets out to kill his ex and her new boyfriend and soon achieves his goals of doing so. The following song “Breath of Escape” (which is an instrumental of “Breathe” by Fabolous) the protagonist is chased by nearby police who heard the gunshots of the two murders. In “Round 3: The Message” he contemplates suicide after running into a dead end during the chase. Right before he begins to pull the trigger on himself in the outro “The End?”, he sees a way to escape his entrapment and successfully avoids the police. After murdering the two people he hated the most, the protagonist turns into a total psychopath and starts to believe that he was born to murder the people that he believes do not deserve to live. In the conclusion mixtape of the series (GCSMBD: Vol, 3) the protagonist sets out to become the world’s best serial killer.
