The Element of Freedom is a studio album by American singer and songwriter Alicia Keys. A new edition of the album, titled The Element of Freedom (Empire Edition) was first officially revealed through Keys' official Facebook page on December 8th, 2009. The new edition features bonus tracks 15 & 16, which are not found on the standard edition of the album, and five live versions of songs by Keys.
