Retro Hash - Asher Roth
Retro Hash

RetroHash is the second full-length album released by Asher Roth. The album is drastically different from his previous frat-inspired projects, namely his breakthrough debut album. RetroHash shows a more organic and artistic side of Asher, which is labeled as “progressive hip-hop.” The entire album was produced by Blended Babies, and includes notable features from Curren$y, VIC MENSA, frequent collaborator Chuck Inglish, & more. Before the release of RetroHash, the name of Asher’s sophomore album was originally titled The Spaghetti Tree. Then, it was later announced that the album title was changed to Is This Too Orange?. Out of respect for Frank Ocean’s channel ORANGE, the name was then changed again to its final name, RetroHash, which is an anagram of “Asher Roth.”
