Jay Rock’s “30 Day Takeover” is a compilation of the tracks he released throughout his month-long song-a-day challenge he had set for himself during the August of 2009. The full tape was posted to DubCNN. The majority of these songs are remixes of classic beats from vintage hip-hop icons, although some (at least on the surface) seem to be wholly original tracks.
