The Good Book stands as the first collaborative project from The Alchemist and Budgie. Released in April 11, 2014 the gospel book themed album comes in two chapters. The first chapter, Joyful Noise, is 25 tracks of Alchemist production and features artists; Domo Genesis, Action Bronson, BLU, Prodigy and Roc Marciano, with additional cuts and scratches from J.Rocc. Chapter two, Sweet Sweet Spirit, is the Budgie produced end of the project and is 23 tracks long, featuring lyricists Action Bronson, A$ton Matthews and Mick Luter. Originally released as a limited physical only CD/faux Bible through Frank The Butcher’s BAU imprint. Only 1000 were produced, with 50 special editions of which included a branded MicroG™ G-Pen. The album’s chapters have since been re-released digitally by Alchemist and Budgie through each of their Bandcamp libraries. Chapter One. Chapter Two.
