Zay Hvn is an artist who uses music to hit the soul and inspire the spirit. After hearing Chance the Rapper’s Acid Rap mixtape and learning about being an independent artist, he decided to pursue music seriously. Since then, he has been constantly working to develop as an artist and create music that spreads love, builds confidence and inspires people. His debut album, Everclear, released on June 19, 2020. The album’s lead single, “Blackberry”, was released the same day to celebrate Juneteenth. With his mix of hip-hop and soul, Zay shows that he is more than a songwriter. His vibrant sounds and versatile creativity transcend the traditional rules of hip-hop.
